To support this exciting journey, we are looking for a skilled Odoo Projects Manager to lead our odoo projects, ensure operational excellence, and help shape the future of our client success stories.
✅Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor multiple ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and project records.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in resource planning, implementation scheduling, and project pipeline management.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure proper communication and alignment between clients, consultants, developers, and management.
- Organize project meetings, document discussions, and monitor action item completion.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and operational workflows.
- Maintain project data and reporting through Odoo, Google Workspace, and other business tools
✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, Project Management, or a related role.
- Previous experience within a Software House, ERP provider, SaaS company, or technology environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a strong advantage.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or PM-related certifications are a plus.
